They are known for comfort, quality and a vast selection of apparel for the entire team. ChefWear and Americaneagle.com have been partners since 2014 and turned to Americaneagle.com once again in 2016 for the redesign of their ecommerce website. Americaneagle.com redesigned and developed the ecommerce site on the iDev Content Management System (CMS) a robust web platform that allows users the create new pages, upload images and manage SEO. In addition, the site features a responsive design allowing mobile and tablet users access to the site with the touch of a finger.

Goals

The goal of the new Chefwear.com website was to bring the site up-to-date with the latest technology in order to improve the user experience. To achieve this, Americaneagle.com added the following features: Featured Chef Database, Recipe Database, Loyalty Program with Payment Method, and more.

Summary

Chefwear has been a longtime client of Americaneagle.com. They came back to Americaneagle.com to launch a new, completely redesigned ecommerce site. The main goal of the site was to bring the latest technology and information to the table to improve site performance and usability.

Results

Chefwear has demonstrated a strong improvement since the launch of their redesigned website, with an improved bounce rate that decreased 16.64%. More customers are now arriving on the site with the intention of shopping and purchasing. New sessions have improved by 124% of all website traffic, revealing more consumers are finding the Chefwear.com website and they're ready to be converted into customers.
