How is the Kentico Partner Quality Audit performed?
Kentico’s engineering team analyzes and reviews site implementations to ensure they meet Kentico's strict requirements for development standards, security, and performance, as well as best practices for architecture, design, and custom coding. In addition, the exhaustive review ensures the Kentico product is implemented properly and optimized to fully utilize all of Kentico’s features and integrations.
The results are provided in a formal report with evidence-based observations and recommendations, along with a Kentico Quality Expert badge presented as proof of the quality work and professional expertise provided by the partner.
What does the Quality Audit involve?
In the Kentico Partner Quality Audit service, Kentico Software undertakes an independent audit and review of the best practices and methods employed by the partner on two selected projects (one by Kentico and one by the partner).
The Quality Audit incorporates three stages:
-An interview with project participants
-An analysis of the projects submitted
-A formal report detailing observations and recommendations
Americaneagle.com submitted two “custom and complex” sites that Kentico then analyzed and critiqued. Kentico audited the sites, provided feedback, and awarded a passing evaluation. Both projects that were submitted passed the audit after the first round, a rare accomplishment among the Kentico partners that earned this distinction.
